*Edit - I actually came back here to update this post as I have now found out that Miami Springs is one of the top 5 cities in all of Florida that is leading in arresting illegal immigrants through minor infractions. The new chef of MSPD has empowered his officers to detain and arrest people without papers and process them for deportation. They might be using license plate readers hidden around the edges of Miami Springs to spot cars, then pull them over. This is important. Do not go to Miami Springs unless needed. It is very unfortunate, as I thought better of Springs. Very sad to see.

I wonder who lived here, I wonder what happened to them all, and where they are now. Do they remember this place? Do they miss it? Will they recall every memory that took place here? Their first Christmas here, the time spent with friends and family, their first day of school, their last day of school, the final time they would close that door knowing this wasn’t their home longer. So this isn't my gameplay (mostly because when I fought this boss, I was so confused that it took me like forever), but I wanted to share this here anyway. This was so creative and honestly reminds me of something Hideo Kojima would pull off. So many fun tidbits that I thought it was worth a watch, you can fast forward to the 2:40 mark. Just be prepared for the unexpected lol.
South florida is just a bunch of water highways
Canal - It’s a man-made waterway built to connect bodies of water. It’s used to allow boats inland/shortcuts, for transport, farming, or, what we really use it for here, manage drainage and flooding. Without them, the whole city wouldn’t have a way to get water out (not counting evaporation). Apparently, back then the water used to be so clean/clear people would just swim in them, not the case now lol. Cool piece of South Florida knowledge.

There comes a point in everyone’s life where you’ve been given two choices that both suck. One choice is the one you want the most; it's the one that feels right to you, but it comes at the cost of an unsure future. The other hurts like nothing ever before, but might give you the chance for something better. Unfortunately, due to the nature of life, you will never know what will actually happen. You can only hope, and hope can sometimes feel overwhelming. I don't pretend to know what the answer is, but what I do suggest is to allow yourself to feel in these moments. It’s never easy, probably never will be, but the fact that you're here matters more than you’ll ever realize. You are loved, so please, keep going.

Straight up MS Paint. It’s hard to explain the simple joys of opening this bad boy on Windows 98 and drawing swiggly dotted lines. Keep in mind this was before laser mouses so you had to roll around this rubber ball at the base and hope it didn’t get stuck. Thank god times have changed lol
